Phillips 66 Soccer Park is a private soccer facility operated by Whatcom Sports & Recreation, a 501(C) 3 Non Profit Corporation. Whatcom Sports & Recreation is committed to develop and maintain athletic facilities of the highest standards for the benefit of the citizens of Whatcom County.

Whatcom Sports & Recreation’s public organizational documents are available at the corporate office at 1225 Civic Field Way, Bellingham WA during normal business hours.

WCYSA & Whatcom Sports & Recreation Offices located at the Bellingham Sportsplex all correspondence should be sent to our Civic Field Address.
