Whatcom County Select offers a level of play between Premier League play of the WFC Rangers and Recreational play of WCYSA.

Teams: For the 2026/2027 season teams will be offered from U11 to U17 for both boys and girls. Age groups may be combined to form teams if necessary.

Updated age groups: Starting with the 26/27 season, all U.S. Youth Soccer clubs are changing the age group cutoff to better align with school grade levels. See below for your player’s updated age group! Players are required to try out in their new age group. Requests to try out “up” an age group will be subject to coach and/or director approval.

2026/2027 Commitment:

Summer season: July 20^th – August 27^th

Fall season (U11 – U14, U15 – U17 Boys): August 31^st – early December

Winter girls HS (U15 -U17 girls) season: Late December – early April

Spring season: February 8^th – early April

Teams will train twice a week when in season. All teams will attend the Starfire Xtreme Cup in Tukwila August 14^th – 16^th .
